01. Alpha Ball & 02. Upgraded Lacrosse Balls. Stiff body? Tight muscles? I’d recommend getting both the alpha ball and the upgraded lacrosse balls to give your body the tough love it deserves. While not always the *most* comfortable, these balls help to release tightness in your body so that you can move more fluidly and with less pain.
03. Souper Cubes. This has been such a lifesaver for leftovers – and not only soups! Freeze your leftovers in these perfectly portioned cups and then pop them out and stick them in a freezer bag. You’ll save yourself from tons of Tupperware in the freezer and the cubed portions stack easily. A must-have for anyone looking to be more health conscious by cooking their meals at home.
04. Milk Frother. I love a warm beverage. All the better if I get to use this frother to make it creamy and delicious. My favorite is coffee, coconut milk, collagen, and a hint of maple syrup blended together with this easy-to-use and easy-to-clean frother.
05. Collagen Peptides. Collegen boosts skin elasticity and helps keep joints and nails strong. I mix one scoop into my morning coffee and maybe another one later in the day into my warm lemon water. It’s tasteless (as long as you don’t put too much in) and dissolves immediately.
06. Stretch Out Strap. Stretching on the go! This strap is great to pack while traveling or to store next to your bed. It has comfortable loops for your hands if grip strength or wrist pain is an issue while holding the strap.
07. Round Bolster & 08. Rectangular Bolster. These bolsters are comfortable and great for relaxing, sitting on the floor with support, meditation, the floor is lava game with kids, and really anything else you can dream up.
09. Dry Brush. Have you heard of dry brushing? Joseph Pilates was a fan! It’s great for increasing circulation, exfoliating dead skin, and triggering the parasympathetic nervous system (the one that helps us to relax after stressful events). Try dry brushing before getting in the shower for an added wellness boost.
10. Gin-Gins. Even health nuts love sweet treats. These Gin-Gins would make a perfect stocking stuffer because they’re sweet while still boasting all of the health benefits of ginger.
12. Nespresso Vertuo. Calling all coffee lovers! If you love a good, strong cup of coffee with a bit of frothy foam at the top in the European style, you should definitely give the Nespresso Vertuo a try. It makes coffee each morning seem like a special treat.
13. Squat Platform. Is it weird to talk about squat platforms for the holidays? Oh well! As you know, pooping is a very important part of our lives and it should be done with ease. While most of us don’t squat to poop like our way-back ancestors did, the squat platform gives you all of the benefits of squatting (e.g., lining up everything anatomically for ease of bowel movements) while still remaining seated to do the deed. It’s the gift that you maybe didn’t know you needed, but won’t regret buying!
14. Takeya Water Bottle. This high-quality water bottle is my new favorite for two reasons. First, you can open the lid and take a drink without the lid flopping back toward your face. Second, it’s tall and narrow enough to fit into the car cup holder.
