Northwoods Pilates and Wellness is a boutique Pilates studio in Ankeny, Iowa. I offer private and duet Pilates sessions in the comfort of my home studio. The studio is equipped with a Tower, High Barrel, Reformers, Chairs, Mats, and several Pilates props.

At NP&W, it is my mission to help you reach and maintain your health and wellness goals. Whether that means easing chronic pain, finding more flexibility, or staying active longer into older adulthood, I am here to help. As a classically trained Pilates instructor, I tailor each session to my client’s goals and abilities. We will work together to strengthen, shape, and balance your body.
